Jerry Laurence is a lifelong Worcester resident who, after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center, began doing civil trial defense work in Worcester and has enjoyed doing so for over 40 years, all with the Firm. He has been fortunate to have become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, to have served as a President of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and to have received the St. Thomas More Medal from the Worcester Red Mass Committee. Paul O’Connor has been a trial lawyer with the Firm for more than 30 years. A Worcester native and graduate of Assumption College, his law school education was at Loyola of New Orleans. Paul is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and recipient of the Massachusetts Bar Association Community Service and Worcester County Bar Association President’s Awards. He holds the rank of Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. A past President of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, he is an active member of the Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Appointments. Paul conducts mediations by request. Jen DeFronzo joined the Firm in September 2003 and was named a partner in January 2007. Her practice is concentrated in civil litigation, with an emphasis in professional liability defense and insurance defense. She currently accepts pro bono cases through the Volunteer Lawyers Service of the Massachusetts Justice Project and is member of the Worcester County Bar Association, Massachusetts and Amercian Bar Associations.
